Sage is also recommended for nerve pain. It is a natural antibiotic and helps, in the form of a drink, with indigestion. It is also a natural remedy for mouth treatments, throat and teeth problems. The herb also has a calming effect. Drinking sage tea brings a busy mind to rest.

Preparation method: 2 teaspoons in a teapot with water at 90-95°C, let steep for for maximum 5 minutes. You can add honey and/or lemon to taste.
